Verification Process

Apply for a B-BBEE Certificate

Verification Process:

Client Information form is sent to the client to enable Empowerbee (Pty) Ltd to assist with a formal proposal.
Thereafter the Formal Proposal and Standard Terms and Conditions will be sent to the Measured Entity.
On receipt of the signed proposal and standard terms and conditions, The Verification Director will approve the proposal.
The client will be sent the Empowerbee (Pty) Ltd Information Pack (Data Sheet and Checklist is included).
Upon receipt of the completed Information pack , Empowerbee (Pty) Ltd will sample per each element. A pre-verification Assessment is done on all the evidence provided by the measured Entity and this is verified by an on-site Verification.
The on-site Verification Plan will be sent confirming the sample per each element.
During the onsite visit each claim submitted by the client will be verified.

Requirements:

Availability of staff & documentation as detailed on the onsite plan
Should additional risk be identified by the analyst additional testing will be performed to ensure that a fair and accurate score is allocated for every element.

A Detailed Report , Scorecard and BBBEE Certificate will be provided to you, after the On-site Verification.

A verification Analyst will send you a Information Pack consisting of- Overview, Application & Instructions. The selected Team assigned to your verification will guide you on the requirements.

Step 2

Submit Your Required Documentation for Verification. A qualified verification analyst will help you identify, collate and analyse your BEE compliance documentation.

Step 3

A on-site Verification will be scheduled andThe Verification Manager will verify all documents and the technical signatory will sign off your B-BBEE Certificate, Scorecard and Detailed Report. All Empowerbee (Pty) Ltd B-BBEE Certificates are fully accredited and comply with the BBBEE Regulation.
